1)Chief Technology Officer(CTO):Age between 40-50yrs.graduation in IT with 15yrs exp in banking or post graduation in IT with 10 yrs exp in banking.
2)Chief Risk Office-Head Risk Management Dept(CRO):Age between 40-50 yrs.Post graduation with CAIIB and the person should have atleast 20 yrs exp in banking.
3)Head-Human Resources Dept:Age between 40-50 yrs.Post graduation in any discipline or MBA in HRD with law qualification-BL/LLB.
4)Head-Audit &Inspection Dept:Age between 40-50yrs.Post graduation or LAW qualification and CAIIB will bee added advantage and should have 10 yrs banking experience.
5)Head-Credit Monitoring:Age between 40-50 yrs.Degree from any discipline with MBA or post graduation with CAIIB .
6)Regional Head:Age between 40-45 yrs.post graduation with CAIIB or CA.and should have atleast 10 yrs experience in banking.
7)Head alternate channels:Age between 35-40 yrs.Degree or post grasuation with CAIIB and should have 10 yrs banking exp.
8)DGM-Finance and Accounts:Age between 45-50 yrs.graduation/post graduation with any discipline,and CAIIB will be an added advantage.
9)Head-Communications and Investor Relations:Age between 30-40 yrs.Post graduation in literature or MASS COMMUNICATION or MBA and should have atleast 0 yrs exp in banking.
